
Special Service Arrangements Under Extreme Weather Conditions
If the Hong Kong Observatory issues Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, Testing Centre will make the following arrangements:
A. Tropical Cyclone Warning Signals:

Signal No. 1 (Standby) / Signal No. 3 (Strong Wind):
- The Centre will operate as normal. All scheduled appointments will proceed as planned.

Signal No. 8 or Above:
- If issued before the Centre's opening hours: The Centre will be temporarily closed. All appointments scheduled during the period when Signal No. 8 or above is in effect will be cancelled.
- Our Centre will contact affected customers via phone call or WhatsApp as early as possible to inform them of the cancellation and rescheduling options.

Cancellation of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or Above:
- Under normal circumstances, clinic services will resume as soon as possible, within two hours after the cancellation of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, subject to traffic and weather conditions. After normal operations resume, staff from the Centre will contact clients whose appointments were previously scheduled and/or cancelled due to the typhoon to arrange new appointment times.
B. Rainstorm Warning Signals:

Amber / Red Rainstorm Warning Signal:
- The Centre will operate as normal. All scheduled appointments will proceed as planned.

Black Rainstorm Warning Signal:
- If issued before the Centre's opening hours: The Centre will be temporarily closed while the warning signal is in effect. Appointments scheduled during the warning period will be cancelled, and the Centre will suspend services.

Cancellation of Black Rainstorm Warning Signal:
- We will aim to resume normal services as soon as possible, within 2 hours after the Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled, subject to traffic and weather conditions. Staff will contact customers whose appointments were previously scheduled/cancelled due to the Black Rainstorm (if applicable) to arrange new appointment times. The latest updates will be announced on social media platforms (if applicable).
